"I was doing an episode of [the 1997 TV series] Night Man early in my career, and I had to get strung p by an alien tentacle.  They had the tentacle on a stick, and there was a guy on a ladder behind the camera swinging it.  It had to wrap around my neck, and it was embarrassing because he kept swinging it and hitting me in the fact.  I was 6 inches from the camerawoman because it was a close-up, and it kept bouncing off my head and hitting her.  It knocked her glasses askew, and she was getting slime all over her face."
