I have always been a huge friendshipper, back from when I first started watching TV.  I was about 6 when I discovered this particular joy, with the friendship of Kirk and Spock on "Star Trek."  I loved that show, but I always loved it more when they focused on their friendship, and how much they meant to each other. 

As I got older I started looking for that more and more in the shows I watched.  If a show had a good, strong friendship between two characters I could like, it could normally hook me, no matter how good, or bad, their storylines were.  I've been drawn into many a show that I normally wouldn't care about, because of a friendship on it that I could support.

As I got older, I started turning to romantic relationships, as evidenced by my main site, the Romantic's Garden.  But I have never turned my back on my friendshipping roots.  It's still where my love lays, because at the heart of most of my shipping couples, is a friendship that grew into romantic love, and in my opinion, that's the best kind.

Like my relationshipping, I tend to friendship a lot of different friends, but this site only focuses on my particular favorites.  Maybe they are some of your favorites too.
