Breaking News! 03-16-06:

There is a new campaign for Robin Fans called "Make Robin Matter" that is starting up!  It's a all-shipper campaign (meaning not related to any particular Robin pairing, but for Robin by herself) and is based on the idea of getting Robin (and Kimberly) more airtime and good, and character encouraging scenes.

From one of the founders of the Campaign:

"Not so long ago, LiveOne (Tracee) started a great conversation on SZ about how it's so tough being a Robin fan these days. She said something that got a few of us thinking (I hope you don't mind me quoting you):

'I want the best for Robin and for Kim. I want her to shine, I don't want her to have to make lemonade out of lemons or do great with just scraps. I want meat and depth and I want her to matter…'

Well, this got us thinking. And we decided that it is time to gather up all Robin fans and tell TPTB to Make Robin Matter.

This campaign focus is on Robin, not the couplings. We want to let TPTB know that we don't like how they are treating Robin. She should be used more than simply as a prop. She should be portrayed better than just as a one-note character. She deserves a story of her own.

So starting this Saturday (March 18) we are asking any and all Robin fans to write in to the show--and to the mags; and call the comment line; and send e-mails; and basically make your voices heard--about what YOU want for Robin. And we ask that you use the catchphrase: "Make Robin Matter"

This is a month long campaign (ending April 18), with bulk mailing dates on Saturdays, but really, if you can't mail out on Saturdays, do it when you can.

To help you out, we created a flyer with a pre-printed message for those who don't know what to say in their letters. There is also a postcard available. And for those who do have something of their own to say or add, we also have a "Make Robin Matter" letterhead that provides plenty of space for you to write your own thoughts.

I hope that all of you will participate and feel free to spread the word.  We really want TPTB to see Robin fans want more for her!!!"

(Thanks to Sydney from the J&R board for creating these docs and Vikki for composing the letter)

Here is a link to the flyers: http://www.leftovert.com/Scrubs/Flyers/

And here is an alternative link for each item, lest you can't get to them there. You can either click on the link and go to the document and print it from there, or right click on the link and save it to your own computer for repeated printings. Preprinted Flyer, Blank Flyer, Prewritten Letter, and Postcard.

You can find Addresses to write to everyone here.

I hope everyone will participate in this wonderful campaign, and a huge THANKS to the wonderful ladies who had a hand in starting it up!!!

03.14.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with updates on KARMA, and Scrubs.

03.08.06 News:  Lisa, over at John J York's (Mac Scorpio, GH) Official Website has started a campaign to communicate to the TPTB at GH that the fans want more of the Scorpios (Mac, Robin, and Robert) in scenes together when Robert returns!  It's a campaign that I whole heartedly support, and would like to encourage everyone to support as well!

Check out the campaign here

The Scorpios, all three of them, are truly a wonderful family, and the chemistry between Kimberly, John and Tristan (Robert) is amazing, and the show needs to do justice to this integral and important Port Charles family.  Let's hope they do soon!

03.05.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with updates on KARMA, J&R, and Scrubs.

02.27.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with updates on KARMA.

Heather's Notes: Clips will be up for the next couple of days, through the end of February!

And get your message in for Kimberly's birthday now, the cut off date is Feb. 28!

02.22.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with updates on Scrubs.

Heather's Notes: I know everyone was disappointed that the Robin scene with Patrick that was in the previews yesterday for GH today was cut, but the best thing you can do is express your disappointment to the show and the magazines.  Really, that is the ONLY WAY things will change!  So I direct you to the Addresses page.

02.21.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with updates on KARMA, Robin/Jason and Scrubs.

News: A new campaign has started to show our love for Kimberly/Robin to GENERAL HOSPITAL and to celebrate her birthday at the same time!  Check it out here!

Notes:  Kimberly is on the cover of "Woman's World Weekly" magazine this week!  Check it out at your local magazine stand.

BDS Is back, BDS is back!  Wow, Robert Scorpio is back.  Hard to believe, especially considering the show barely used him today and Friday!  But still, he is back, and I loved it!  I can't wait for more!

Also, Kimberly's movie "Lil Star" is available on the net!  Check it out here.

01.22.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with some J&R, Scrubs, and KARMA additions.

01.07.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site with some J&R, Scrubs, and KARMA additions.

01.03.06: Tonight I updated the KARMA site.

Notes:  So, what is the KARMA site?  It's a site dedicated to all of the pairings of Robin Scorpio.  Yep, I added the Scrubs pairing to the site!  I have been loving them, truly loving them, lately, and I really wanted to add them in.  The truth is, the site is kind of geared more towards Robin and her men, so I just changed it over that way.  You can read more about the change over on the actual KARMA site.

11-29-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes:  I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving!  Check out the new Kimberly McCullough/Robin Scorpio message board at KARMA.  All J&R Fans, the clips will be available through December 1.  I know, I know, it's only 3 days, but it's better then nothing, right??

11-13-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site

10-23-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site, the SCULLY/MULDER site, JOHN/AERYN site, the SARA/MICHAEL site, and the BUFFY/ANGEL site.

Notes:  I hope everyone is making sure to vote in the Robin/J&R polls that are around here right now!  For a full listing, check out the JASON/ROBIN site index page.

10-20-05: No updates for tonight, just some news!

Kimberly made the top 20 of Yahoo's "Buzz Index" for today, which is the top actors and actresses that were searched for on their search engine. Kimberly is #1 for "Movers" as a "Breakout" and #18 for "Leaders."  She is up there with Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Aniston, and more, and is the only daytime person listed other then Susan Lucci!  Check it out here.

There are a bunch of new polls out there to vote for Kimberly, Robin, and Robin/Jason in, so here is a list of them:

SOD: Love it/Hate it: Now that Robin is coming back, do you want to see Jason/Robin, or Jason/Sam?  Vote Here or email them at sodlove@primediamags.com

SID: Would you rather see Jason stay with Sam or reunite with Robin?  Vote here for this one.  You can also vote for Kimberly as favorite actress, and Robin/Jason for favorite couple in this one.  You can also snail mail them your answer, to: Readers' Poll #45, c/o Soaps In Depth, 270 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632

SOW: Who should General Hospital's Jason be with? Sam or Robin? Vote here for this one.

Both the SOD and the SOW ones have a habit of being down sometimes, so you might have to check back for them to vote.

10-16-05: No updates for tonight, just some news!

SOAP OPERA DIGEST's next "Love it/Hate It" article is going to be about Robin/Jason/Sam: "Now that Robin is coming back, do you want to see Jason/Robin, or Jason/Sam?"  You vote by sending them an email here.  Vote, everyone, even if it's a short "I am thrilled Robin is back so she and Jason can be together again" email!

Also, I forgot to post this here this weekend, but SOAPS IN DEPTH'S online poll is now listing Kimberly as "favorite actress" and Robin & Jason as "favorite couple."  You can vote once a day, so please do!  Here is the link.

10-16-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site and the BUFFY/ANGEL site.

Notes:  Well, if there is anyone who was trying to access the Kimberly site via the domain of kimberlymccullough.net, my apologies for the down time.  It seems the company I register the domain with deleted the rerouting for the name on Weds, and it took them FIVE DAYS and several hours of me on the phone on different days, before they FINALLY corrected their own mistake this evening.  Of course that was after I called them again!  Damn, I tell you though, I am NOT a happy customer.  Talk about a runaround and ineptness: if they weren't saying it was one problem, it was another.  I definitely am going to think twice about doing business with them again.  Anyways: if you ever have problems accessing it through the domain name, try this way : http://www.romanticsgarden.com/kimberly

And on that note, the site got mentioned in SOAP OPERA WEEKLY!  Not this site, the Kimberly site.  Wow, I am totally shocked.  I have been mentioned before, but never by name or details or even domain name.  Just "a fan site" of hers.  Whee!  If only the dang domain name hadn't been down the first couple of days the magazine came out on the east coast!  You can check out a scan of the mention here, thanks to Shawna of the JR board.

Just some tidbits: David's show Bones has been picked up by Fox for a full season, thank goodness.  And USA is bringing back The 4400 for another season this summer, whee!  I love that show, and I was worried about it coming back.  FX is going to have a marathon of Prison Break's first 6 episodes this coming Sunday, and I highly recommend it, if only to catch my latest couple addiction, Sara and Michael.

10-12-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes:  Whee, I hope everyone had a chance to watch today!  Robin was back, Robin was back, Robin IS back!  I am still in shock, it feels so surreal.  But if you missed her return (which was fairly short, I think I ended up taping a whole two minutes today!), you can check out clips of her scenes posted at the Kimberly MB and the Jason & Robin MB, thank you to some kind fans who will be doing them as she airs!

And, wow, ABC is really behind our girl this time!  They have done something that has never been done for a soap opera character before: they have created an online blog for her!  Called "Robin's Daily Dose" it will have her thoughts and feelings like a regular blog, and supposedly will be updated on a daily basis, so I hope everyone checks is out!  I guess it's a good thing I never registered "robinscorpio.com" like I considered in the past!  For more information about this blog, check out the official ABC press release about it.

And also, I have had to take the clips down for the time being, due to bandwidth issues.  I was already at 40% of my allotted monthly amount, and I couldn't risk the sites going down before the month was over.  I am going to look at changing hosts once by account comes up, but that won't be for another year or so, so for now, we are stuck with this!  Sigh.

10-02-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site and added the pairing of SARA/MICHAEL from Prison Break to the Couples To Watch page.

Notes:  Sorry for the issues with the clips again this weekend. I had to take them down earlier due to bandwidth issues, darn it.  Unfortunately, Ipowerweb doesn't have as much bandwidth per month as a lot of other places, and I still have another year or so before my contract is up with them.  It never mattered before, but now with my doing clips, it matters.

I have gotten sucked into another couple, darn it!  I didn't mean to, I didn't even watch the show for that, but there it is, it happened!  So I added SARA/MICHAEL from the show Prison Break to the Couples to Watch section.

I got to see two movies this weekend, one awesome, and one not so great.  First, the not so great..."A History of Violence" really doesn't live up to it's hype.  It was gory and had too explicit of sex scenes for the movie subject, and although Viggo does a great job with his role, it's only got surface deepness, and nothing really and truly deep.  It hinted at some things, yet then never seemed to follow through on actually exploring them.  It was really disappointing.

Now for the awesome movie..."Serenity."  It rocked on so many levels!  Truly excellent, and I can't wait to see it again!  I was not a huge fan of Firefly.  I liked it OK, but not a huge fan, and wasn't even sure I was really going to see this movie until I started seeing the commercials.  But man, am I glad I saw it!  An intriguing storyline, well written, well acted, with nice amounts of history and nice amounts of political intrigue.  I loved it.  Even my mom, whom I dragged with me and who never watched the show, loved it!  Highly recommend it.

And only 10 more days until Kimberly comes back to General Hospital!  Whee!

09-25-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

09-21-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

News: First off, both Kimberly and Steve will be attending the Super Soap Weekend in Florida this November!  How cool is that?  I wish I could go, but I don't think I will be able to make it.  It's a very big deal, the first public appearance of Steve and Kimberly together in a long time!

And congratulations go out to Steve and his wife Sherree, who are expecting their second child!

Notes:  Sorry for the lack of updates!  I meant to have more this past weekend, but I got caught up in changing over the Articles pages for the J&R site, that I didn't get the updates done.  I have a few small updates tonight, with more to come this weekend, promise!

09-04-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

09-02-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site, the SCULLY/MULDER site, the Heather's Place site and the MICHAEL/MARIA site.

09-01-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes:  Wow, hard to believe, truly hard to believe!  But yes, Kimberly is coming back to General Hospital!  Full time, baby, according to her rep who spoke to TVGuide Online: "Kimberly is coming back full-throttle with a contract. She is not recurring."  Whee!  So those who were worried about her possibly just returning to kill Robin off, or just to prop up Jason and his current pairing, can stop worrying!

And lookie, I got a mention on another site!  Here:

http://www.ghthesoap.com/?JasonRobin

Yesterday, we started acknowledging the most enthusiastic fan site or message board from the top fan bases! Thus, today's most enthusiastic site is Romantics Garden a Jason and Robin fan site! Congratulations to the webmasters and their members!

Thanks to Renee for letting me know about that!  How exciting!

I've been on vacation, and been doing stuff with the family and doing some stuff around the house, so I apologize for the lack of updates.  I've tried to keep the Kimberly Site updated with the latest on Kimberly's return, but haven't had a lot of time to do this one.  However I do hope to get a bunch of updates done for this weekend, so keep an eye out for those!

My apologies to anyone who tried to access the site the last couple of days of August.  Some of you may have gotten a strange page, talking about "here is your future site."  My bandwidth for the month was about out, and it was making the site act up.  I should be fine now.  I think the news of Kimberly's return had some people interested and downloading a bunch of clips, which caused the overload on the bandwidth.  Cool to have so many people get interested in her return!

Anyone else watch the premiere episode of Prison Break?  I liked it, but I am not sure if I can watch a whole season full of it.  It's very tense, and very depressing, but boy, it sure reinforces the idea that prison life is NOT a fun life!  So I am not sure if it will be on my list of "must see TV" this season.  Still, do love the lead guy, very hot, in a scary-mucho-intense sort of way!

08-07-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site, the BUFFY/ANGEL site, the SCULLY/MULDER site and Heather's Place.

Notes:  This past week a friend of mine emailed me about how some of her friends have reacted to her on her giving up on the Harry Potter series.  Like me, she is unhappy with the direction JKR has gone, and like me, she has no desire to stick around.  Unfortunately, some of her friends have been less then supportive about it, telling her it's just "sour grapes," and more.  And it brought back to me a real pet peeve of mine about how some people act like you should be loyal to a book series or a TV series, regardless if you are enjoying it anymore, because if you don't then you aren't a "true fan" or are just "whining" or have "sour grapes" because it's not going the way you want to.  And frankly, I just don't get that line of thought.  It's a freaking TV show/book series/movie series, people!  It's supposed to entertain you, not make you miserable.  If it's not something you find enjoyable anymore, then why the heck should you stick around?  I just don't get that, I really don't.  I watch this stuff and read this stuff to feel good, not to make myself unhappy, frustrated, and disappointed.  I'm not a masochist, and frankly anyone who does keep watching/reading something that isn't bringing them pleasure or enjoyment anymore, is a masochistic idiot.  It's not worth it, people, it's really not.  Don't stick around something that is making you unhappy just to prove to some idiot you're a "true fan."  Argh!  Anyway, after reading and replying to her email, I wrote up a little rant and added it to my site Heather's Place.  You can read it here.

And really, I encourage you, if a show/book isn't entertaining you anymore, give it up.  It's it's job to entertain you, it's not your job to stick around and be loyal when it's making you unhappy.  Don't we all already have real life jobs that do that for us??

Anyway, on with site stuff.  I've been really wrestling with how to make over the site pages here.  I redid SCULLY/MULDER and JOHN/AERYN to my satisfaction, but am having a hard time with the others.  JASON/ROBIN is going to be a real bear to redo, considering how many pages they have!  I think my biggest problem is how to make a site look good in both of the two main resolutions, 800x600 and 1024x768.  I have surfed the net and seen a lot of good looking sites that look good in one, but not the other.  The most popular look these days seems to be to make a site fit 800x600, and when you look at it in the 1024x768 resolution, you end up with a lot of empty space, because the site won't "expand" to fit the larger resolution.  Me, I like to try and get a site to expand or shrink to fit each resolution, but you can't always make a site look good and still be able to do that.  It's very frustrating.  So, I may just have to deal with the fact that I might not be able to get a great looking site to fit both ways, but  I can get an OK looking site that will fit both ways, or a great looking site that fits only one.  I don't know.   I do know that since I personally use 800x600 resolution, that will be the one I will design for (if I do decide to just design for one).  Sorry, 1024x768 people!

I've seen a lot of people really praising the UPN show Veronica Mars, so I have tried to get into it.  I watched this past week's episode, but I have to admit, I wasn't hooked on it.  I did go on the net and download some clips for it, and I liked what I saw fine.  Only problem is, it looks like the couple I like may not be the most popular couple, if you judge by the internet, and not sure if I want to get into another couple that isn't going to make it.  Heck, another couple alone is a trial!  I really liked Duncan & Veronica together, but not sure if the show is going to go with Logan & Veronica instead.  It probably won't matter to me, as I really don't think it's going to be a show I am going to get into.  Ah well!

I added a new wallpaper to Heather's Place tonight, and before anyone looks at it and goes "WTH?"  I have to warn you, it's of a pairing a lot of people will probably wonder over.  Anyone ever watch Poltergeist: The Legacy?  I used to, and my two favorite characters were Nick and Kat.  Nick was one of the guys who worked for the Legacy, and probably in his late 20's.  Kat was the psychic daughter of on the of the new Legacy members, probably around 9-10 years old.  Now, before you start wondering about my tendencies, I did ship these two, but I shipped them for when Kat was an adult, not as a child, LOL!  I just wanted Nick to wait for her.  I don't know why I did, but I was happy to find I wasn't the only one when I talked to a friend of mine a few years ago and she thought they would have made a good couple too, as soon as Kat was in her 20's.  Come on, it would have only made Nick in his 40's to her 20's, and that ain't that big of a difference, especially if you go by Hollywood's standards!    Anyway, that is my latest wallpaper, from screencaps I took of one of the show's episodes.

BTW: GH fans, GH has now hit their "all time low" in the ratings for the fifth time this year!  It's a new record, give it up for GH!  I can't believe it, I really can't.  Well, actually I can considering how sucky their writing is these days.  I just have to laugh over the latest storyline for Jason & Sam, created just to try and incorporate the dancing of KeMo.  Good lord, there was just no good way to try and write her DWtS stuff in, but they had to go and try it anyways, and boy does it sound BAD!  And you know it's bad when both actors are cringing when they are telling their fans about it.  It's just...bad.  I can't believe anyone in the writing room could suggest this with a straight face, let alone actually DO it!  And they wonder why their ratings suck so bad.  According to rumor, Guza and Pratt have until August to try and turn the ratings around, or they are out of there.  Judging by the spoilers for this dance storyline, this ain't going to do it.  And already, out of the gate, the last week of July has them hitting their all time low with a 2.5 in HH, tied at #5 in the HH, and #3 in demos.  On top of that, from the same time last year, they have lost over a MILLION VIEWERS.  A million, people!  The next show who has lost the most is AMC with a little over half a million.  And yet heads have STILL not rolled over at the GH executive offices?  I just don't get that.  I have seen how other shows have cut people right and left because their ratings have just been stagnant.  JFP and GaP bring this once great show to it's knees with horrible storylines and arrogant attitudes, and yet they are still in charge.  Oy.  I just hope the show doesn't get cancelled before it gets a chance to be turned around and brought back to that once great kickass soap I used to know and love!

Stargate: SG1 is rocking seriously hard with Ben and Claudia in the cast!  I love Vala, love her!  I wasn't sure about her from the episode she was in last season, but this season she has been brilliant!  I love how she gets to Daniel, and I love how she brings out the snarkiness in Daniel himself.  She sooooo needs to stick around, she really does.  Can't we trade her for Sam, please?  Cause I am so done with Sam and the way they have written her the past few seasons.  But Vala...Vala is a whole bag of fun!

A lot of the Buffy/Angel actors have shows and guest appearances this coming fall season, and I have the list of them and their project on the News page.  Check them out here.  Some sound good, some sound not, but at least they are all working!

Now if only Kimberly had gotten a show that had been picked up, sigh.

07-27-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes:  I've been bad!  Sorry, I just haven't been in the mood to update the site!  I've been working on a new project (non cyber world), as well as it's just been too hot here to sit in front of the computer.  So sorry!

So, to make my last month fast: the new "Harry Potter" book sucks pond water in more then one way, "War of the Worlds" was OK (though I adore Dakota Fanning), "Fantastic Four" was very entertaining, "Mr. And Mrs. Smith" was pretty good, the previews for "RENT" and "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" look awesome, I got my new Earth 2 DVD in, and Stargate: SG1 rocks seriously with Ben (and Michael still there, yum) and Claudia added to the cast.

Oh, and work sucks.  But my family and my babies rock.

See, all caught up

06-20-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes:  I went to see "Bewitched" yesterday.  Cute flick.  Not great, but it was fairly entertaining, despite the lag in the middle.  I like Nicole Kidman, and I always loved the original show, despite the fact that it ticked me off that Darrin was such an azz.  Samantha was supposed to respect him and his heritage, but he couldn't respect her.  She was supposed to change for him, but he couldn't change for her.  She was supposed to put up with his mother, but he couldn't put up with hers.  It was all very annoying.  I did however always want to be Samantha.  Man, I wanted to be her or Jamie Summers from "The Bionic Woman!"  Samantha would have been better, since with a twitch of her nose, she could do anything!  I would have had to have been like Tabitha though, and moved my nose with my finger to make things work, since I can't twitch at all!

We got to see 5 previews, and the best by far was the one for "RENT."  Anyone ever see that on Broadway?  I never did.  Theater is a little too expensive for me.  But I always wanted to, so I am excited they are putting a movie out about it.  It looks excellent too.  They play the song "Season of Love" during it, and it brought tears to my eyes.  I didn't know Jesse L. Martin from Law & Order could sing!  All in all, definitely a movie I will be going to see, even if it is a bit heavy in parts.

This is the week that Sherrilyn Kenyon's latest Dark Hunter book comes out!  I can't wait, even if I am more excited for the book after that, the one about Wren.  I really like the Dark Hunters, but I have to admit I am partial to the Were's, and Wren (like Valerius did) has fascinated me since he was first introduced.  But regardless, I am still really excited to read the next installment!  It just sucks so bad that they only release a couple a year, esp since it sounds as if the author is several books ahead!  So why they don't publish at least 3 a year when she has them done is beyond me.  Just like torturing us, I guess.

So GH fans, seen the ratings for the show lately?  Wow.  The week before last, they were 2.7, an all time low, when the previous few weeks they had held steady at 2.8, the previous all time low.  Yet now...now, the ratings are at 2.6.  2.6!!  Wow, how the mighty have fallen!  And by the looks of the daily ratings for last week that someone posted, they might hit a 2.5 come this Thursday (the day the ratings for the previous week are announced).  It's just...sad.  I mean, it really is.  It was funny when they hit 2.9, their all time low, earlier this year.  It was funny when they hit 2.8 several weeks later.  It even gave me a chuckle when they hit 2.7 a couple of weeks ago.  But 2.6...this is just pathetic.  I wonder if it will finally give TIIC a freaking CLUE that their garbage ain't working?  It's bad enough they keep doing what they are doing and ruining the show, but it makes it a thousand times worse when you read articles from the two head writers who arrogantly brag that they are going to do what they want to do, regardless of how the fan's feel, and the fan's can take it or leave it, and if they do leave it, then they are just dumb and don't get it.  Ugh, so sick of them!  So while it makes me really sad to see how the mighty GH has fallen, a show I used to think was the best of the best, that I used to look forward to watching every summer when I was in school, it also makes me glad.  Glad in a bitter way, as a former diehard GHer, who would love to see it get back to what it once was.  Ratings are money, and shows are all about the money, so yes, I do get some satisfaction seeing them fall, because if they don't listen to the fans, they will damn well listen to this.   Let's just hope they can actually manage to turn it around before it totally spirals down the ratings drain.

06-20-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site, the NATHAN/HALEY site, and the MICHAEL/NIKITA site.

Notes: For all those La Femme Nikita fans out there, season 3 is being released on DVD!  In my opinion, this is the best season of them all.  Nikita has really come into her own, no longer occasionally whiney, more accepting but still not letting her life change her for the worst, and, with the revelations about Michael's undercover Section work out, she and Michael finally really have a chance to be together!  Of course Section doesn't like that, but we know Michael, he will find a way for them   Awesome season, the best of them all, and I can't wait for it to come out!

Has anyone had a chance to catch the latest new shows?  I saw The Closer on TNT and The Inside on FOX.  I think I enjoyed The Closer more, but The Inside was interesting, if a little gory.  I haven't seen the second episode yet, though I have it on tape.  The second episode of The Closer is on tonight.

I wasn't sure about Inside The West, TNT's Steven Spielberg epic Western, but I really enjoyed the second episode.  And surprise-surprise, I really liked Keri Russell in it.  I was never a big fan of hers, but I actually like her now.  Maybe it was the whole Felicity thing I never got, but regardless, she was good in this show.  I am looking forward to more of her story, and to seeing Tyler Christopher make his appearance.  He's the youngest son of the main white man and his Lakota wife, Jacob Wheeler.  His character made an appearance in the second night, as a newborn and at the end as a little boy about 7-8 years old.  But I don't think he shows up until the 3rd (though most likely the 4th) night.

BTW, anyone thinking about signing up for SBC DSL, let me just tell you, they are HORRIBLE!  Tech support over the weekend was terrible, then they wanted to charge me to get it fixed on Monday!  I finally just had enough and cancelled it, and after 40 minutes on the phone and talking to about 6 different people, I finally managed to...I think.  Lordy, I will not be doing business with them again if I can help it!  Oy.

06-13-05: OK, I fixed the links to the Stone/Robin clips at the  ROBIN/STONE site!  Sorry about that!

06-12-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes: I love it, I sign up with SBC DSL for their new deal ($14.95 a month for a year), get it all set up Friday night, have a blast surfing the web at soooo much faster speeds then my Dial-Up, and then come Saturday, can't log on cause they are working on the line and will be until Monday!  What kind of sense is that, I ask?  Why didn't they TELL ME THIS when I set up my activation date?  I am so going to insist on a credit for these two days!  And it certainly doesn't make me feel very confident in their service, when the second day I am online with them, the service doesn't work.  Sigh.

Does anyone remember the book and movie "The Outsiders?"  The movie stared Ralph Macchio, C. Thomas Howell, Matt Dillon, Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, Tom Cruise, Patrick Swazye and Diane Lane.  The book was written by S. E. Hinton.  I may be dating myself but I loved that movie when I was a teen and I used to have entire sections of the book memorized!  Anyway, the point is, I just read that Warner Bros. is planning on re-releasing it into theaters on Sept 9 and then releasting it on DVD on Sept 20.  Seems like they added 22 minutes of "never before seen footage," including a new beginning and ending.  I get the feeling they finally added in the scenes of Ponyboy getting jumped by the Socs that happened at the beginning of the book.  I know they filmed those scenes, cause I saw pictures of them, but when they released the movie, they cut them.  They also cut the scenes of Ponyboy, Sodapop, and Darryl going to court at the end, so those may be the ones they re-added too.  I may not make it to see it in the theaters, but I will definitely be buying that DVD, if only for nostalgia!

06-06-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes: Well, as you can see, I have changed the look of this front page, and one of the other generic pages as well.  Hopefully they will work for everyone, please let me know if they don't!  I decided I needed a change.  I may change the couples sites as well, possibly into several different versions, but not sure yet what is going on.  I've been playing

The Calendar section above is a listing of dates of things I am looking forward to.  Some you may be as well.  The current banner is of Ryan Reynolds as Hannibal King in the movie "Blade: Trinity."  He was the best thing in that movie!

For those Clip fans, I have some good news for you and some bad news: good news is, I have been making a bunch of new ones for the site!  Bad news is, I am having a problem uploading them.  I only have dial up and some of these clips are taking a couple of hours to upload, which is CRAZY!  But, more good news, I have finally decided to make the change over to DSL, so as soon as I get that hooked up, it should be a lot easier for me to upload them.  So for now, no clips yet, but hopefully there will be some in the next week or so.

05-23-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

05-15-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site, the JOHN/AERYN site, the Slash Couples site, and Heather's Place was updated a couple of weeks ago.

Notes:  Sorry it has been a while since I updated!  I've been tired lately and not much in the mood to update.  Although with the seasons slowing down, there hasn't been a whole lot to update anyway.

I did get a chance to update Heather's Place at the end of last month, just never put it up here.  I updated the Men's page and added the Character's page to the Favorites section.  Just some fun stuff.

I have found myself picking up a couple of new couples in the past few weeks.  One or two might even get their own addition to the site!  I've totally become addicted to the pairing of Coop and Lizzie on Guiding Light.  I don't think I have gotten so into a soap couple since Blair & Todd on OLTL (post J&R of course).  They're awesome, and if you are interested in checking them out, this is a wonderful site to see, Meant to Be.  There are a couple of other interesting couples on that show right now, including the pairing of Marina and Danny.  You can find out more about that pairing at this site, Solace.

I have also really been enjoying the pairing of Rory and Logan on Gilmore Girls.  Some of you Young American fans might remember him from there.  They are adorable, love them!  I was never really into that show, but I found myself watching it one day and was hooked on him.  I was very happy when they really did pair him up with Rory later on.  You can find out more about them at this site, Rory & Logan.

I've also found myself interested in Bright and Hannah on Everwood, though I have just started watching them and am not that hooked on them yet.  What can I say, I am just looking for a few good couples, LOL!  You can find out more about them at this site, The Perfect Day.

I've decided to make a few changes to the sites.  Mostly minor cosmetics changes.  Right now, only JOHN/AERYN and MICHAEL/NIKITA have been changed, but eventually, I hope to have them all changed over.   The main change you will see is the Index pages for each couple.  I decided to try and simplify them a little.  Please let me know if you have any problems with any of the changed pages!  Or any pages at all, for that matter.

04-25-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site, and the JOSH/DONNA site.

Notes:  For all of you Miracles fans, the show that ABC so insanely cancelled without giving it a chance, it's now out on DVD!  Catch the 7 eps that ABC never aired, they are all on that DVD set.  It sadly sounds like they ended on a cliff hanger though, so be prepared to have it end unresolved.  Great show, I really enjoyed it, sigh.

04-17-05: Tonight I updated Heather's Place, the Misc Couples Links page, the JASON/ROBIN site, the JOSH/DONNA site, and the BUFFY/ANGEL site.

04-04-05: Tonight I updated the JASON/ROBIN site.

Notes:  For all of you clip fans, the clips are now back up.  Sorry, last week the bandwidth for the site was getting pretty tight, and it looked like it might not make it for the rest of the month.  Hence, me taking the clips offline, and not even updating the site for fear of using too much bandwidth.  But the clips are back up now, and I added a new set to the J&R site.
