- Brenda Barrett Jacks
(Vanessa Marcil), see Sister's page
- Karen Wexler
Cates.
Although a year older than Robin and the rival of Robin’s best friend
Brenda for Jagger Cates, Karen and Robin became close friends and remained
so through the years. Robin attended Karen and Jagger’s wedding in 1995,
and welcomed them back home when they came to visit an ailing Stone.
Although they didn’t spend as much time together when Karen returned to
Port Charles in 1998, the two women remained close friends, and comforted
each other when Brenda was presumed dead.
- Lily Rivera
Corinthos.
A rival of Brenda’s for Sonny’s affections, Robin and Lily did not
become really close until Stone was diagnosed with AIDS. Supportive of
both Sonny and Robin during this time, Robin came to appreciate Lily’s
kindness and they quickly became friends. Robin was grief stricken when a
pregnant Lily was killed in a car bomb explosion, and she did her best to
help Lily’s husband Sonny during that time.
- Lois Cerullio
Ashton.
Although Lois and Brenda were closer friends than Robin and Lois were, the
two women found their mutual friendship for Brenda draw them closer and
they too became good friends. Lois came to admire Robin’s courage during
Stone’s long illness and she and husband Ned did their best to support
the young couple during that time.
- Katherine
Bell.
A troubled woman, Katherine and Robin became friends during the older
woman’s romance with Mac, and even after she and Mac broke up their
friendship lasted. Robin was grief stricken when Katherine supposedly died
from a fall off a parapet on Windemere. She and Katherine reunited when
Katherine came back from the dead, and remained friends until Robin left
Port Charles for good in 1998.
- Emily Bowen
Quartermaine.
Despite their age difference, the two young women became friends shortly
after Emily was adopted by the Quartermaines, and they remained close
throughout. The friendship grew stronger as Robin became involved with
Emily’s older brother, Jason. It was Emily who asked Robin to help
Nikolas Cassadine with his therapy.
- Keesha Ward.
Despite the fact that Keesha became involved with Jason Quartermaine,
Robin's old crush, she and the older girl became friends. Robin
worked on Keesha's older cousin Justus Ward's campaign, and both Keesha
and Jason were very supportive of both Robin and Stone during Stone's long
illness. However they seemed to drift apart after Jason's accident, as
Robin befriended the troubled new Jason and Keesha was unable to deal with
him. About a year later, Keesha left town.

- Michael
"Sonny" Corinthos. A
mobster and a dangerous man, Robin came to really know Sonny as they
worked together to support and take care of the boy they both loved,
Stone. During that time she came to love Sonny, and although she did not
approve of his choice of profession, Robin never let that stand in the way
of her love and support of him. He became like an older brother to her,
and together they supported each other after Stone’s death. When his
pregnant wife Lily was killed in a car bomb meant for him, it was only
Robin who was able to get through to Sonny. Unfortunately in 1999, Sonny
was unable to return the love and support that Robin had given him through
the years. Their relationship soured when he disapproved of her choice to
tell AJ Quartermaine that he was the real father of Michael Morgan, the
child that Jason was claiming as his, and their friendship has never been
the same since. (see also his Lovers
page)
- Jason
Quartermaine.
The object of Robin’s adolescent crush, Jason never knew of nor returned
her feelings, but he did consider her a good friend. He came to admire and
respect her even more as she stood by boyfriend Stone during his long
illness with AIDS. (see also his Lovers
page)
- Lucky
Spencer.
Children of former best friends (Robert and Luke), Robin and Lucky were a
few years apart and hung out in different groups (Robin with Jason,
Brenda, Jagger, Stone, Miguel. Lucky with Sly and Emily), but considered
themselves friends. Lucky was supportive during Stone’s illness.
(see also his Lovers page)
- Nikolas
Cassadine.
Robin became friends with Nikolas when Emily Quartermaine asked her to
help him in his physical therapy after being shot (he had been shot in the
throat while standing outside Luke’s Place when gunmen were going after
Jason). With much in common (a cosmopolitan outlook, dangerous family
histories, unusual upbringings), the two became close friends. Although it
appeared that there might be more to their relationship that just
friendship (especially on Nikolas’ part), their romance never got off
the ground as Robin went back to Jason after he was almost killed in a
plane crash. Despite this, the two remained close and Nikolas was one of
the few people that Robin was able to talk to after Brenda’s death. Even
after Robin left town, Nikolas kept in touch with her. (see also his
Lovers page)
- Jasper
(Jax) Jacks.
Despite the animosity between Robin's Uncle Mac and the dashing Jax, Robin
and he became friends as his romantic relationship with her sister Brenda
grew. Jax came to think of her as his little sister too, despite his
up and down romance with Brenda. It was Jax who came to Paris to
bring Robin home for an emotionally distressed Brenda. With Brenda,
he tried to convince Robin to leave Jason, worried that Robin was in
danger by being involved with the mob man. It was he who told Robin
that Brenda was dead, and despite the absence of the woman they both loved
to much, they remained friends. Unlike Sonny, Jax gave her a warm
farewell when she left Port Charles to move back to Paris and promised to
always be there if she needed him. (see also his Lovers
page)
- Jagger
Cates.
A rebellious and popular boy in high school, he was in love with Karen but
had an affair with Brenda, who was in love with him. He and Robin were
good friends and he came to think of her as a little sister during her
romance with his long-lost little brother, Stone. Robin was part of his
wedding to Karen Wexler, and welcomed him back to town when he came to
visit a dying Stone.
- Miguel
Morez.
He became a close friend of hers while dating Lily and Brenda. He was very
supportive during Stone’s illness, and both Robin and Stone were sad to
see him leave town for a musical tour.
- Alan Quartermaine, JR
(AJ.).
Although the older boy was never as close to Robin as his brother Jason,
AJ became a surprisingly supportive friend during Stone’s illness with
AIDS complications. When Robin found out that he was the real father of
Carly’s son Michael, she was torn about keeping the secret from him, but
in the end choose to keep silent to protect ex-love Jason’s feelings.
Sick of the lying, Robin finally told AJ the truth in 1998, after her
final break-up with Jason. (see also his Lovers
page)
- Ned Ashton.
The Quartermaines and the Scorpios having been somewhat odd, yet close,
friends, Ned knew Robin since her arrived in town in 1988. During
Stone’s long illness, he and wife Lois did their best to support Robin
and Stone. Their connection remained as Robin became romantically involved
with Ned’s cousin, Jason, after Stone’s death. (see also his Lovers
page)
- Mike
Corbin.
A kind older man with a troubled past, he deserted son Sonny and Sonny’s
mom Adela when Sonny was a child, something that Sonny has never forgiven.
Robin and Mike became close during her relationship with Stone.

- Anthony (Tony)
Jones.
Another close friend of the family, he and his wife Tania occasionally
used to baby-sit for Robin when she was younger and Frisco and Felicia
were not available. She became close with their family, and was very fond
of their daughter, Barbara Jean (BJ). It was Robin who figured out that
Tony had been the one who kidnapped Michael Morgan in 1997 and she did her
best to convince him to return the baby. Even after he held her hostage
and endangered her health (she did not have her HIV medication and was
suffering from pneumonia), Robin refused to condemn him.
- Luke
Spencer.
The best friend of Robin's father Robert, Luke was a ner-do-well who
always did his best to do right by the people he loved, and he counted
Robin among those people. He was there for her during Stone's long
illness, and was an absolute true friend to the young couple. He was
even "visited" by Robert's "ghost" during this time
and swore to his friend that he would look after Robin like she was one of
his own. He's always been a good friend to her.
- Laura
Spencer.
The wife of Luke Spencer, she actually never met Robin's parents, but she
did become a good friend to Robin through Luke. Like Luke, she was
there for both Stone and Robin during his long illness and Robin's
diagnosis, and was a great admirer of Robin's.
- Alan Quartermaine
SR.
Although close to all of the Quartermaine’s due to the Scorpio and
Quartermaine family connections, Robin became especially close to Alan
during Stone’s illness and her diagnosis of HIV. Alan was her doctor and
came to look upon her as a surrogate daughter.
- Monica
Quartermaine.
A friend of Anna's, she looked at Robin as an extension of her family, and
always treated her well. She was happy when Robin became involved
with her estranged son Jason, as she believed she would be good for
Jason.
- Edward
Quartermaine.
A "friend" of Anna and Robert's (more like he respected both, but not that they were
people who hung out with each other), he always had a soft spot for Robin,
although he was not above using her to get to his grandson Michael.
- Lila
Quartermaine.
A friend of both Robin's parents, Lila was always kind and loving towards
Robin.
- Barbara Jean
"Bobbie" Spencer.
A close friend of Anna's, she was made Robin's guardian at one time when
both Robert and Anna were on one of their adventures. She always
considered Robin to be someone she cared about, but when it came to the
rivalry between her manipulative and scheming liar of a daughter and
Robin, she had no problem ditching the years of caring for Robin and tried
her best to make Robin feel bad for "stealing" Carly's
"man" Jason. And she never did apologize for it when she found
out the truth. So in the end, she wasn't a very good friend to Robin
at all.
